Lighting in the Valkhof Museum
With an impressive collection of archaeology, ancient art and modern art, Museum Het Valkhof tells the story of more than 5000 years of history. The museum is located in a high-profile building in the historic Valkhof Park, in the heart of Nijmegen in the Netherlands. The CLS Jade Zoom and Focus Micro Series were used to illuminate the collection. In addition to providing excellent illumination for the great diversity of pieces in the collection, the museum also retains maximum flexibility—something essential in the many changing exhibitions in this museum.

The last industrial chimney in Groningen
'De Pijp' is located in the centre of historic Groningen and is a monumental chimney over 100 years old. The 40-metre high chimney was lit with three 400 watt HQI fixtures. However, Lichtpunt has replaced this lighting with nine Revo Basic, with a power of only 20 watts, which reduces energy consumption in the new situation by as much as 85%! In addition, the Revos are configured so that stray light (light pollution) is limited to a minimum, while the tower is better illuminated. To achieve this, the lower half of De Pijp was illuminated with elliptical lenses of 12°x 46° and the upper half of the chimney with 8° lenses.

Opposite Downing Street in London, the historic building of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has been transformed with CLS Revo ColourFlow fixtures.
